If you are not satisfied with your Keavio subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
Email hello@keavio.com with subject "Refund Request" and your account email. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are not available after 7 days from the initial purchase. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of annual terms.
