We collect information you provide directly, such as when you create an account, upload your CV, or use our analysis features — including your name, email, CV content, and job descriptions you analyse. We also collect usage data automatically.
We use your data to provide and improve the Keavio platform — including generating your Next Job Progress score, Career GPS roadmap, and Career Intelligence reports. Your CV and career data is used solely to power your personalised analysis. We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit. Analysis results are accessible only to you.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting hello@keavio.com.
We use: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic Claude (AI analysis). Each has its own privacy policy.
